Transparent Structure

Base tier plus per-segment add-ons. No hidden fees, no scope creep charges. Every pricing component is defined upfront, so you know exactly what you're committing to before engagement begins.

Annual Commitment

CYPHR CARBON engagements are annual commitments. The architecture operates as an ongoing operating system — not a project engagement. Regulatory landscapes evolve, capital structures change, and operations need sustained coverage, not episodic intervention.

Segment-Based Scaling

Your base tier covers organizational-level advisory. Each operational segment you participate in — Upstream, Midstream, Power & Renewables, Energy Services — adds domain-specific depth. Pricing scales with your actual operational complexity.

Base Engagement Levels

Operational Segment Add-Ons
Pricing by segment and level.
Segment add-ons are added per operational segment, per month, to your organization base. A single-segment company pays one add-on. A diversified operator with multiple segments pays one per segment. Segment pricing scales with engagement level — deeper coverage at higher levels means more intensive per-segment advisory work.

Engagement Terms
How commitments work.

Annual Commitment Structure

All CYPHR CARBON engagements are structured as annual commitments. 12-month minimum term. Regulatory and operational advisory requires continuity — not project-by-project engagement. Annual structure aligns incentives: CARBON's success is measured by sustained operational improvement, not episodic deliverables.

Segment Add-Ons at Engagement Start

Operational segments are selected and priced at engagement initiation. Segments can be added during the term as organizational footprint expands — for example, adding a Power & Renewables add-on when a generation asset comes online. Segment removal is governed by annual renewal terms.

Engagement Level Selection

Level selection is based on organizational complexity, capital structure sophistication, and operational scope. Level upgrades are available mid-term — organizations that grow into higher complexity can access the full Engine or Backbone tier without waiting for annual renewal. Downgrades are governed by renewal terms.

Formal Engagement Terms

All pricing is subject to formal engagement terms executed prior to engagement commencement. Engagement terms define deliverable scope, response time commitments, data governance protocols, and the advisory boundary (what CARBON does and does not do). Pricing is fixed for the annual term at the levels and segments selected at engagement initiation.
